           With 76 national champions, including 11 from NASCAR, IRL and CART, in  the field for today's Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona, the competition among disciplines has become every bit as compelling as the race on the track. CHARGED: Two-time Indianapolis 500 winner Al Unser Jr. was charged with driving under the influence after leaving the scene of a  freeway crash.                           He was arrested after he was identified as the driver of a car that sideswiped another on the Las Vegas Beltway on Thursday, Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Kevin Honea said.                           Honea said Unser failed several field sobriety tests before being taken into custody.                           AMERICA'S MOST WANTED: Police in Florida are still looking for a fugitive who apparently took the tour bus belonging to country singer Crystal Gale.                            The suspect, Christopher Daniel Gay, claimed he was traveling with NASCAR driver Tony Stewart.         Bmw Replica                   Gay was being transported by authorities from Texas to Georgia to face charges. He reportedly escaped, took a truck from Wal-Mart in South Carolina and drove to Tennessee. Once there, he took the tour bus and drove to USA International Speedway in Lakeland, Fla.                           He told racetrack officials Thursday he was traveling with Stewart. They became suspicious since Stewart wasn't scheduled to test at the three-quarter-mile racetrack, located about 125 miles west of Daytona International Speedway.
